Shipping Information

For Orders under 150lbs:

Orders are shipped FedEx or UPS. We can ship on customer's account if that is what's preferred. Shipping is estimated.

For Orders over 150lbs:

Orders are shipped FedEx, UPS or LTL*. We can ship on customer's account if that is what's preferred. Shipping is estimated.
*For shipping LTL, shipping instructions and costs may vary.

For all shipments: if anything is damaged or missing, please let us know when you receive the shipment. You can refuse the shipment if too severely damaged. We will need pictures and tracking information of the damaged case(s). We will let you know what to do with the product from there and replacements will be sent out.

For LTL shipments, any damage/missing cases MUST be recorded on the BOL BEFORE signing the Bill of Lading (“Subject to Inspection” doesn’t suffice).
If the Receiver signs for the delivery as “Clean”, we have minimal ability (if any) to replace damaged or missing products and/or recover freight costs. In the case of damaged products, as long as it is noted as damaged, we can send replacements. Missing cartons will be replaced.

REMEMBER TO ALWAYS INSPECT AND NOTE DAMAGE/MISSING CARTONS ON BOL OR WITH THE DELIVERY DRIVER PRIOR TO SIGNING/ACCEPTING.

DUE TO CURRENT ISSSUES IN THE WORLD PROMPTING FUEL AND VARIOUS OTHER TRANSPORTATION SURCHARGES, ALL FREIGHT QUOTES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
**ALL OTHER QUOTES ARE VALID FOR 15 DAYS.

**All RUSH orders must be submitted before 12pm EST for next day delivery and 2nd day delivery.
